The vision was birthed by Pastor Pobee (now Bishop Dusan Pobee, herein referred to as the founder and first head Pastor of the Church) upon the calling of God upon his life. He incorporated The vision on the 26 th of June 1986 and was running as a mission ministry which included the Prisons Ministry, The Home Cells Ministry, Hospital Visitation and House to House evangelism among others until it was finally and fully inaugurated as a Church and Ministries based mission Church in 1990 and assumed its official and full function in 1999 when the Church finally got her own worship center located in the sub-region - Accra.Presently it has two other branches in addition to the headquarters; one in the suburb of the sub-region and the other in the central part of the country with three other trained, ordained and licensed Pastors helping the Bishop carry out the mission and vision.
